Law Enforcement Activation Only
Missouri Search Dogs LLC deploys only at the request of a law enforcement agency or an authorized emergency management or coroner's office. We cannot self-deploy, and we cannot accept a search request from a family member, a private party, or a volunteer group.
Dispatch Line · 314-452-5007If You Are a Family Member or Private Citizen
Please call 911 or contact your local police department or sheriff's office and file a missing person report. There is no waiting period to report a missing person in Missouri. Once a report is filed, ask the investigating officer to request Missouri Search Dogs LLC by name — we will respond to that agency immediately.
This is not red tape. Working under law enforcement authority protects the scene, the chain of custody of anything a dog indicates on, and ultimately the case itself.
